Allai Villas is a the first ever luxury housing villas project coming up in Jaffna. It is a first gated community with host features such as swimming pool, gym, community centre etc within the housing scheme.

Allai Villas is situated 6 km from Jaffna City Centre in Allaipiddy. Passing the famous Pannai Bridge, towards Velani, there is an old Aluminum Factory Road on to the left. Once turned on the Aluminum Factory Road, the Allai Villas is 500m inside from the Main Road with a dedicated 15ft road leading to the scheme.

Allai Villas has 04 different types of units available. Namely Kalaiyagam (01 bedroom), Kuralagam (02 bedroom), Arulagam (03 bedroom) and Ezhilagam (04 bedroom). All units have land sizes of 10 perches (01 parappu) upwards except Kalaiyagam which has 06 perchs land.

Allai Villas is designed, developed and marketed by Heritage North (Private) Limited. A north based real estate development company with a partnership of Allai Development (Pvt) Ltd, a Norway based investors company and Hello Builders, a leading construction company in Sri Lanka.

The project is expected to be completed by December 2024 with all the common areas and units. However, the individual villa unit would be completed and handed over within 09 months from the customer confirmation.

The project has been presented to all the authorities such as Governor, Mayors, District Authorities and other statutory bodies. The plan has been approved by all the required authorities for development.

Upon your confirmation of the individual unit, we require you to pay LKR 1,000,000 refundable deposit for the reservation of the unit. Following that we would complete Sales & Purchase Agreement within 30 days and sign it with 30% advance payment. With the Sales & Purchase agreement in place, you are protected for your property till the completion and handover with timely installment payments.

Yes, the LKR 1,000,000 is a fully refundable deposit within 30 days from the confirmation in the event of you not proceeding with the property.

You can pay your reservation fee and other payment directly to our bank accounts. All the required documents would be emailed and couriered to you. In addition, you can assign a local person to follow on your behalf.
